Para la Corte, no existe prueba que indique que efectivamente se presentó el documento en la oportunidad procesal debida y por ello, al comprobar que no se cumple la carga probatoria mínima que debe desarrollarse para sustentar ese tipo de premisa, se decide RECHAZAAR la solicitud de nulidad impetrada.
